Arya Lukmana

Dr. Arya Ananda Indrajaya Lukmana is a physician, researcher, and digital health innovator with a focus on the intersection of medicine, technology, and public health. He is the Founder and CEO of LooqCreative, a digital and IT solutions agency that has served clients such as Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), and the creator of EndCorona, a health application that supported more than 15,000 users during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2025, he joined the Indonesia Health Development Center (IHDC) as Associate of Research and Development, where he contributes to studies and policy papers on Health-Oriented Development, a framework integrating public health into broader national development strategies. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Health Policy and Research (JHPR) and Advisor to IHDC Youth, mentoring young professionals in evidence-based health leadership.

Dr. Lukmana earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia. He is a Fellow of the International Society for Quality in Health Care (FISQua) and is recognized for his commitment to advancing healthcare quality, innovation, and equity in Indonesia.
