Bunga Pelangi
Bunga Pelangi is a public health and gender specialist with over a decade of experience in community development and non-governmental organizations. She focuses on health promotion, gender equality, social inclusion, and community empowerment, with work spanning mental health, adolescent reproductive health, maternal and child health, nutrition, tuberculosis prevention, women’s economic empowerment, and the intersection of climate change and gender.
She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Health Promotion from the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations such as the Women Research Institute, Aisyiyah, and the Penabulu-STPI Consortium, contributing to various social and health intervention projects across Indonesia.
Bunga is currently a Research Associate at the Health Collaborative Center (HCC) and continues to serve as an independent consultant, facilitator, researcher, and advocate for gender mainstreaming and public health advancement in Indonesia.
