Dr. Levina Khoe
Director of Research and Development

Dr. Levina Chandra Khoe is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, with expertise in health systems, economic evaluation, and evidence-based policymaking. In 2024, she co-founded the Indonesia Health Development Center (IHDC), where she now serves as Director of Research and Development.

She is currently pursuing her PhD at the School of Population Health, University of New South Wales, with a dissertation on the economic impact of underreported occupational diseases within Indonesia’s national social insurance system. She holds a Master of Public Health from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a medical degree from Universitas Indonesia.

Dr. Khoe has been actively involved in health technology assessments for the Ministry of Health since 2015 and has published extensively in areas related to health financing, policy evaluation, and global health. Her work reflects a strong commitment to building data-driven, equitable, and sustainable health systems.
