Tiara Noor Halima

Tiara Noor Halima is a law student at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, with a growing focus on policy, advocacy, and institutional development. In 2025, she joined the Indonesia Health Development Center (IHDC) as Associate of Strategy and External Affairs.

She has held leadership roles in several student organizations, including as Head of Department II for Legal and Industrial Affairs at HIPMI PT Universitas Indonesia and Director of External Affairs at the International Law Moot Court Society. She has represented Universitas Indonesia in international competitions such as the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot and the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition.

Her professional background includes a legal internship at Armand Yapsunto Muharamsyah and Partners, as well as involvement in student-led diplomacy and civic initiatives, including as a student ambassador for PROMS FEB UI and Co-Lead of PadaPemoeda. She brings a strong commitment to advocacy, youth empowerment, and strategic communication in advancing equitable health development in Indonesia.
