Eriq Ihsan Moeloek co-founded the Indonesia Health Development Center (IHDC) in 2024 to help strengthen health development in Indonesia through research, policy, and youth engagement. He currently leads the organization in shaping its overall direction and long-term growth.⠀⠀⠀⠀

Eriq completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Universitas Indonesia, graduating cum laude, and took part in an academic exchange program at the University of Queensland, Australia. He spent his early years in the United Kingdom, attending Reading School, a selective grammar school, before returning to Indonesia at age 14 and completing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at Sinarmas World Academy.⠀⠀⠀

He currently works as a Management Associate at Standard Chartered. His previous roles include positions at Bank Mandiri and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Universitas Indonesia. He was previously involved in KANOPI FEB UI as a Researcher and served as Secretary General of HIPMI PT Universitas Indonesia. Outside of IHDC, he is also involved in a number of early-stage investment ventures, combining his interest in entrepreneurship with a practical approach to long-term value creation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Recognizing the need for meaningful youth involvement in health development, Eriq founded IHDC Youth to create space for young individuals to contribute meaningfully to Indonesia’s health ecosystem. He believes youth-led initiatives are essential to ensuring long-term progress in health development, and aims to foster a community that is research-driven, collaborative, and impact-oriented.
