Working Groups
At the core of the IHDC Youth are five Working Groups that drive its programs. Each group has a specific focus, allowing members to apply their skills, collaborate with peers, and deliver meaningful contributions to health development in Indonesia.
Creative Media Working Group
Shapes the voice and visual identity of IHDC Youth. This group develops creative content, designs, and visual concepts that bring health issues to life across platforms.
Strategic Partnerships Working Group
Fosters collaboration with institutions, organisations, corporations and communities. This group builds meaningful partnerships, strengthens collective efforts, and ensures IHDC Youth works alongside others to broaden its reach and impact.
Research & Knowledge Working Group
Produces evidence-based outputs such as journal reviews, youth digests, event recaps, and analytical briefs. This group provides insights that inform public dialogue and shape youth perspectives on health development.
Initiative Activation Working Group
Turns ideas into action. This group executes IHDC Youth’s initiatives on the ground, from discussion forums to volunteer days and other youth-led activities, ensuring that plans translate into real experiences and tangible outcomes.
Organizational Development Working Group
Leads the growth of IHDC Youth Community. This group oversees the expansion of IHDC Local branches, manages the Youth Leadership Academy, and develops structures to strengthen the organisation nationwide.
Be Part of the Movement
Join a vibrant network of youth (ages 17–30) committed to advancing health in Indonesia. IHDC welcomes individuals and partners—schools, NGOs, universities, and more—to collaborate, co-create programs, share expertise, and support youth-led health initiatives.
